Effect of Rootstock on Citrus Fruit Quality: A Review

چکیده
Citrus rootstocks are a relevant tree part that contributes to crops adapting biotic and abiotic conditions, it becoming key factor face the current era of climate change. Although emphasis most studies on has been placed yield optimization citrus fruit grown in different environments, other have paid attention effect rootstock quality. Hence, quality is increasingly more as consumers demand high internal external qualities eat fresh. To better understand how influences quality, literature focuses physico-chemical parameters, nutritional compounds physiological disorders revised. This review points out influence aspects surrounding plants such rootstock/scion interaction, water uptake capacity roots, modification photosynthetic rate or availability nutrient minerals.
